Request deletion of your JPP account.
You can delete your account in JPP Settings on this website or in the Android app. Sign in with the Google account you use for JPP, then confirm deletion. If you cannot sign in, send a request to the Nerdhook team below.
Delete your account now
Open Settings and choose Delete account. You will need to type DELETE to confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Open the contact form, use the Google email address associated with your JPP account as your reply email, and write “Delete my JPP account” in your message. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before completing the request. Do not send your Google password or sign-in codes.
What is deleted
Deleting your JPP account removes your account profile, saved practice answers, attempts, progress linked to your account, and JPP sessions from the active database. It does not delete your Google account or messages you separately sent through Nerdhook's contact form.
